Description
As far as Sakura’s dress goes, you’ve really picked a fine choice of colour and fabric as the dress gives off a lightness and flow like air. The deep red and gold trims adorning the sides and bottom of the dress have been well added in, and finally, the pose really gives off a royal impression, and allows each detail of the costume to show.
If I can take a different angle on this, it just seems an unfortunate, ironically funny situation that Princess Sakura is down on her luck and has to share a house with common folk rather than living it up in an exquisite palace, but on the other side, maybe she realises that it’s a necessary downgrade to avoid the forced marriage she has to deal with. Then again, who can say for sure?
Forgive me if I'm spouting some ridiculous stuff... I tend to do that.
Keeping the focus on the dress, however, you nailed it as far as the back view goes. I could absolutely see you blessing your subjects with blossom flowers while you strut down and prepare for an address. Excellent work with this costume, and a challenge you’ve succeeded at and then some.
