Lugia of the City

I cosplayed as Lugia last weekend for a small meet-up in the city.
I made this costume in June but didn't have the right chance to wear it until last Sunday.
It took about 20 hours to make it. It is my own original design for a human form of Lugia.

I was originally going to wear white pants but I thought the skirt looked cuter ^^ the blue skirt was from my Shiina cosplay echochronum.deviantart.com/art…
